About the Broker

Dr. Barbara J Verdun Moore founded Toltec Properties in the state of California, after retiring from her educational career as a public-school administrator. Barbara (bj) acquired her real estate sales license more than 30 years ago and honed her skills as a new agent under the direction of the late Bruce Mulhearn.

Today, she is the Broker-owner of Toltec Real Estate, a boutique firm. Barbara (Bj) also holds a Broker’s License in her home state of Louisiana, where she is establishing another Real Estate Brokerage. Bj takes pride in her boutique real estate business, where she has the ability provide above average representation to her specialized clients. Her vision is to ultimately assist her clients with a skillful transaction experience.
